Attempted account hack

I received an otp code over SMS at 5am this morning, I then received 3 more after that. once I got home I logged into my developer account => all fine, then thought I should change my password just to be safe. I tried to log into appleid.apple.com and was prompted with this...

So I can't do anything from here, If I click on didn't get a verification code> the call me or send again is blanked out and the only option is more option of which they do not apply to me as I do have signal and I do have my device receiving sms's... so at this point I can't change my password because I can't get further then "wait" there is not even a report attempted account attack option that a large company like this should have in place! I now have to wait "several days" what do I do from here? this is frustrating

If you do not see your issue, keep experimenting with any series of selections until you reach one that offers a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

This same situation is also happening with me i dont know why apple locked my icloud and now i cant access it which contains my important data i wait many days but still it show failed to varify my identity and error description not available instead of developing there software apple should work on there services and server. Please help me get rid of this problem.
