Squelch/static sound

My right airpod is making a very loud squelch noise, it’s not new but it’s the same as what people here are saying. How to fix it?

AirPod is quiet Recently my left AirPod got quieter in my ear, unless I position it differently in a way that I don’t usually have to do. I noticed that the treble is extra loud in the left side, and the bass is more quiet. Thank you for your help
