Watch OS 10.2 seems to have removed useful features

Prior to these last two rounds of Watch OS updates (in my opinion these last two versions of Watch OS were very ill thought out - I dont believe their UAT did their job correctly) , I used to be able to tap on the city temperature widget on the face of the watch and use the crown to scroll down and the the temperature predictions by day for the future. Now all I see is the temperature and no scrolling screens. What gives?. It seems Watch OS 10.2 has regressed badly. Is Apple aware of this?. I am not too happy about a $800 ultra watch that used to be able to do things and now that feature is taken away.

Are there any workarounds available? I have tried a few things like lauching the weather widget by scrolling up and looking for the hourly temperature and daily temperature. Doesnt seem to work.

Any ideas this community can share will be greatly appreciated.
