iPhone settings menu not working
I have a new iPhone 14 Pro Max. Everything working except Settings. It comes up but won’t scroll down and none of the items respond. How do I fix this.

Wondering if your iPhone may need upgrading to iOS 17.2.1 which is the latest iOS version:
About iOS 17 Updates - Apple Support says:
"This update provides important bug fixes and is recommended for all users".

As something is not working as expected, you may want to try restarting your iPhone:
