I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I need a current update on the following:
if you are blocked by someone, will a sent text message from me show me the words delivered or will there be no status shown? This person has read receipt activated and this is the first time it has shown as just delivered. Does this mean I’m blocked or the person just has not read it yet?

It will still show Delivered even if you are blocked. If you call them and you are blocked, it will still ring on your end and even allow you to leave a Voicemail, but on their end they will not get the call or voicemail notification.
You will not be able to tell if you are blocked. If a message does not show as Read, it could be it has not been read or they have turned off Read Receipts. It could also mean that they read the message from the Lock Screen, but did not tap on the message. You will not know by any indicator on your phone what the answer is.
