MacBook Pro unexpectedly turned off the screen for no reason

So, I have a 2017 MacBook Pro, but I found a problem that's about opening applications. When I open Safari, my Mac unexpectedly turned off the screen for no reason. I bought this Mac in 2018. When I turn it back on after a few seconds, the screen tells me that I have to charge the Mac, but the battery isn't empty.
