You will have to do the same to your Apple Watch as well.

First you will have to 👉 Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Then you will have to follow this guide 👉 How to pair your Apple Watch with a new iPhone and finish pairing your Apple Watch to your iPhone.

You have run into the Activation Lock. Read more about it here 👉 About Activation Lock on your Apple Watch

Activation Lock is an anti-theft feature that cannot be bypassed. Only the original owner can remove the lock by using the Apple ID & password. If you are the original owner of the Apple Watch, then you should enter your Apple ID and Password that was used with the Apple Watch. If you are the original owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password information, then see the 'Start a support request' section in 👉 How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

Once the Activation Lock has been removed, then you will have to 👉 Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Then you will have to follow this guide 👉 How to pair your Apple Watch with a new iPhone and finish pairing your Apple Watch to your iPhone.
