How do I accept the Apple Privacy policy on my Apple watch

When I ask my watch to play podcast and certain radio stations it responds with the following message: "To listen Apple Podcasts, you'll need to accept the latest privacy agreement." Where is the agreement, and how do I accept it?

Apple Watch Series 4, watchOS 9

thanks so much! This actually helped me. I’ve had the same issue playing Apple Podcasts via Siri in my car lately. After reading this I used Siri with my phone open, it said the same thing, click on the wording “you’ll have to accept the privacy policy” and up popped the privacy policy which I was finally able to accept and now it works.

If it is an Apple Podcast then --> Look for any notifications or prompts regarding pending agreements or terms that need acceptance related to Podcasts or privacy.

Thanks to all who replied. Things are finally working for me, but I have to say that it required the opening of Apple Music several times on different occasions before the fix finally took. If Apple wants me to agree to something, there should be a way to directly respond to the request and not have to futz around playing with the apps.

Thanks for your response. The message I receive results from a request for a podcast (the message I sent in the first question) or to Apple Music. Both refer to an Apple Privacy Agreement that I cannot find the existence of. The message definitely refers to an Apple-originated agreement. There is no link or other instruction included with the message I get on the watch.
