My dad connected my phone to family share, and removed AppStore off my phone using the content and privacy restrictions, i don’t know is screen time password and I need to update a really important app and he only allows AppStore back on my phone while he’s watching over but he’s away now till next week! How can I update my apps without the AppStore?

You don't, call your dad and let him know.
If you have access to Safari, if you visit the website of a specific app, sometimes a pop up will show at the top of safari that says “update” and it will allow you to update that app. Roblox is an example of a website and app that do that easily. I don’t know another way other than that. Hope that helps!
