Push Notifications not showing up on my iPad

I am no longer receiving push notifications on my iPad. I have checked settings, and notifications are turned on. I do not have “do not disturb” turned on. I have restarted my iPad. And I am signed into the App Store with my Apple ID.

Notifications are not showing up in the Notification Center on my iPhone X I have had this phone for a long time now but recently there has been a bug or maybe something in settings happened but I don’t recall changing my settings recently but the bug is that i get notifications but they never appear in the notifications center!
