It is whatspp/meta things, They have already released same feature in 2023 for Android, means no dual app required, we can use single app for two diff phone numbers, see official whatsapp announcement https://blog.whatsapp.com/multiple-accounts-coming-to-whatsapp Now we are waiting for the same things in iOS whatsapp. nothing related to apple restriction, as multiple facebook & instagram option is already ther in iOS.

We can only wait for this feature from Meta and till that use alternet option of Whatsapp Business.

The only way to use two whatsapp accounts is installing whatsapp and whatsapp business, telegram has the option of two accounts, unfortunately whatsapp is delaying the update to have two accounts in the same app.
