I'm getting no notifications on my iPhone 11's Lock Screen

No notifications on Lock Screen.

I don’t know how to fix that, I have tried all.

Device: IPhone 11 Pro Max

os: IOS 17.1.1

Settings:

thumbnail display: ALWAYS

Notification Center on Lock Screen: On

i can get access to the notification center on Lock Screen but, I think I can get important notifications on my Lock Screen without the notification center.
