Instagram video not downloading

whenever I open the camera in the chat of instagram and make a video on the top right the button for download doesn’t work and it’s frustrating does anyone know that to do?

I offloaded the app and I can’t seem to get a new update even though someone I saw earlier had a new feature that allows you to share someone’s comment on your story I just don’t have that maybe it connects

Instagram won’t allow library/camera roll access My Instagram keeps saying I need to “allow access to my photos” but when I get directed to the settings to enable it, the option for camera or camera roll is not there. I have tried googling and tried looking in my privacy settings, nothing was changed. I deleted and redownloaded the app, still the same. Reset my phone, same deal. I’m not quite sure what to do, can anyone help?

When I share pictures from photos to post as story in Instagram It does not get upload When I tried posting one of picture from photos app to Instagram as story it takes me to interface where usually uploading of story takes place like as usual but after you click your story you come back and when you check back again the story is not been created itself btwn I’m using iPhone 13 and I updated to ios 17.0.3
