iphone wallpaper dim (dark mode)

i want my wallpaper to be dim when on dark mode. how ?

iPhone wallpaper does not stay I have set my Wallpaper on my IPhobe 12, but it reverts back to a plain blue screen without me changing it to this. It seems to happen in the evening. Is there anything I can do to stop this happening?
