Hi! How to add a family member who is in other country than the owner of family group?

My family member is in Ukraine but I am in Germany. How to add her to our family group, when we get the message that country is not the same

can not access family share. says country or region doesn't match. I invited my daughter to my family share plan. She tried to accept the invitation but it keeps saying the country or region doesn't match.

You cannot. All family sharing members need to be using the same national store. You're also only supposed to use the store of the country where you are resident.
