Phishing popup on iPhone

Safari on my iphone immediately loads a website named prxy download and displays a popup telling me my iphone has been hacked. I cannot get rid of this. I rebooted the iphone, I cleared all safari history and website data without success.

I clicked a link in Safari and it redirected me to a website named prxy download. I rebooted, cleared website history & data w/o success. I have the 17.2.1 update. None of this has helped. The popup provides an OK & Settings button with a 90 second countdown timer. I don;t want to click either button.

There are still no viruses for iPhone and any such popups are scams engineered to scare you into buying services/tools you don't need for issues you don't have. Just ignore them. There is truly NO WAY anyone from the outside can look in your phone to even know if you have an issue. Unless you have jailbroken your phone, which isn't easy to do and not something which should EVER be done.

Same. Just got that pop up and I got to take a screenshot and in the background it said to contact AppleCare Plus and also 3 apps that said compromised. The pop up says “Your data has appeared in a data leak, which puts this device at high risk of compromise. Proceed to the App Store”. Idk what to do now to make sure. I already pay for Apple Protection but don’t even know how to use it.
