I have a MacBook Pro 2015 early and recently it started having this issue where when it reaches 44% battery, the MacBook shuts down until I plug in the charger and it starts working again. If the battery percentage is above 44% then the book works fine as soon as it hits that percentage it shuts down and only starts again when connected to a charger.

You can try resetting the System Management Controler—
