iPod Touch 1G Shows As Digital Camera in Windows 10

I've been through alot of things already with this ipod and im honestly tired with it. I Literally tried everysingle method in the book and theres straight up nothing i can do, Before you ask the reason im trying to get this working with my computer is because i enjoy vintage stuff and have a collection of ipods but never ran into this problem before. The reason i need this fixed is because since it shows as a digital camera it cant be detected onto itunes

Try this Apple article: iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support in order to sort out why you get that invalid response message. Within the article, go to the paragraph titled Check your USB connections (eighth heading).

I'm fairly certain that the reason an iPod shows as a digital camera in Windows Explorer (although that's not what it says in your screenshot) is because there are photos on the iPod, taken by the iPod. However, the 1st generation iPod Touch did not have a camera, which leads to the question of which model do you have? If you look on the iPod, under Settings/General/About you should find the version number (or iOS version). Which version of iOS is listed? That will provide us with a good clue.

But the fact that your computer sees the iPod as a digital camera, or that it has internal storage (which is what it actually says the device is) should not be the reason that your computer says invalid response, so concentrate on the article that I linked to, above.
