Disk not ejected properly problem

I've been using my first Mac Mini M1 since a couple of weeks, Ventura OS.

I have an external HDD Docking Station, and experiencing again the "Disk not ejected properly" message after the computer goes into sleep mode. In the past, I've been able to solve the problem by changing the cable.

I changed the cable for a new one, and I formatted a HD yesterday (which I left on overnight), and still the same problem.

It's quite annoying. What else could I try?
