I’m trying to update my card because it’s saying the card is out of date and it won’t let me update or even delete the card because it’s saying I have an active subscription I’ve looked and I don’t.

im trying to update the expiration date on my card and it won’t let me I then tried to delete the card and it won’t delete because it’s saying I have an active subscription and I don’t.

You’ll need to temporarily add a secondary payment method (it can later be removed). Once added, remove the card you’re trying to update, restart your iPhone, and then add the card back into your account, manually entering the numbers. The expiration date will need to have the 4 digit year. Once the card is added, you can remove the secondary payment method if desired.
