From time to time I get pop ups on my phone “(app name) has been able to access your entire photo library for 6 months. Do you want to continue full access” choices are “limit access” and “allow full access” . No option to saying no. I think my phone has been compromised? But I dont know how to fix it

Compromised Phone:

No one have compromised your iPhone. An iPhone can only be hacked if it has been jailbroken, and the only way to question if that has occurred is if you purchased this from someone other than Apple. So, if you purchased this from Apple, then no worries there.

Provide a Screenshot:

Next time this message pops up, take a screenshot of your iPhone. Then, black out personal info (i.e. names and phone numbers) by covering it with red-colored rectangles and such, through use of the Photos app.
