Photos and videos not saved after taking it with Camera app with iPhone 15 Pro Max

Hey everyone,

I'm currently experiencing camera issues with my iPhone 15 Pro Max, and this problem occurs intermittently. When I open the camera and start taking pictures, the images are not saved to the device, although the camera interface loads, and I can see the viewfinder. Additionally, switching to Video mode results in saved videos, but they are corrupted files. I have attached a screenshot displaying the video metadata.

If I switch to other modes or use the front camera, the Camera app freezes, rendering the camera unusable. The only temporary solution I've found is to shut down the iPhone and turn it on again. This situation is frustrating because I didn't realize the pictures aren't saved every time I attempt to capture a moment. 

This issue has occurred at least five times since I purchased the iPhone in October 2023.

Also, if I try to screen record, there is an error "Screen Recording failed to save due to: Failed due to asset writer being in wrong state". I attach the screenshot for this error too.

Here are the details : 

Device : iPhone 15 Pro Max (512GB)

Region : Indonesia

iOS : 17.2.1 (Issue occurred since iOS 17.1.2)

Is this a software issue or a hardware issue?
