Apple Fitness + cycling workouts will not sync to Health App

Once I complete a cycling workout on Apple Fitness + it does not record as cycle workout on my Health App which then does not record it on my 3rd party apps like

May my Run and Carb Manager

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 16
