How to connect Apple Health to external fitness apps?
When I use Apple workout the activity only shows on Apple health can I share it to an exercise app aswell? And how do I do that please?

If you are using 3rd party workout apps and you want to share data from your Health App with those apps, go to Health App -> Browse -> Activity -> Data Sources -> Apps & Services that are allowed to read data, and make sure that sharing data for the 3rd party app is enabled.
