Please note we have purchased iPhone 13 in 2021 and have a screen
issue with multiple color lines after updated to 17.2 and issue raised
on 3/Jan/2024
I have given the phone on your service center in Andheri east (I-venus) and talking on your apple support no help i have got.
Its just telling me to pay the repair/replacement charges for the same.
Its humble request to give me solution in it.

free of cost ? was it in warranty or out of warranty ? and which country/city ?
Service center declared to change the screen as it's hardware issue.
Did you got any solution???
No just change the display by paying 28k very poor behaviour of apple support team.
They are telling its out of warranty so they can't help it out.
