Check if you have inadvertently activated Voice over on your iPad in Settings>Accessibility>VoiceOver and disable that option. When done, restart your iPad.

Shouldn't be this case but the issue persists, contact Apple Support directly and explain your problem:--> Contact Apple for support and service

It is no way speaker's problem because it doesn't respond like that with any other device (like more than 10 other devices). And it does not have microphone neither voice assistant.

Its clearly Ipad issue, for example you sneeze and ipad mutes the sound for 1-2secs, feels like trying to listen if I said anything. Its is highly annoying when you talk to someone, chair makes sound or listen to podcast, then time to time I believe it tries to recognize a voice or something I don't know.

And Apple settings is so complicated, was trying to switch such a behaviour numerous of times, no luck :)
