iPhone Messages received but delay in vibration notification

My iPhone 11 receives messages from my contacts, and I see them appear on my Lock Screen, but then it does a strange thing where my phone vibrates almost exactly 2 minutes later, and this has been happening since a couple months back. I’d like to hear some ideas because I can’t tell what it might be, and of course I know it’s not dnd or focus because I always check and those are off. Most other apps don’t do this, meaning if I were on my Lock Screen and I see a notification appear my phone vibrates exactly when it comes in, vs when it comes to my messages
