iPhone 16 Pro Max not vibrating for text message notifications

I had an iphone 7 plus from 2017 until 2025 when i bought the new iphone 16 pro max. Since the beginning with the 7 plus my phone never vibrated when i received messages or iMessages (when the phone was on silent) and it seems that this problem transferred to the new phone when i transferred all my data from the old iphone. I looked everywhere in settings for notifications and messages and couldn’t find anything relevant. It just seems like a bug for me but it is strange that i have the same problem wuth the new iphone. Does anybody know anything about this problem? Thanks
