Faded (dead or stuck??) pixel on Macbook pro M1

Hello! I hope someone can help me out.

I recently noticed a slight imperfection on my Macbook and based on what I read online, it's a dead pixel (I'm not entirely sure tho). It's not completely black but not white either. It's just a faded spot similar to a speck of dust. I checked it through some online dead pixel tests and the dead pixel is consistent. It doesn't change into a new color. I tried ruling out that it might have been a software issue by screenshoting it but it's not there when viewing the saved screenshot. I tried rubbing the spot with some lint-free cloth and using the tip of an apple pencil but to no avail.

I have been looking for a fix and hoping it would go away on its own but Google says it won't. So... before I rest my case, I would like to ask you guys what you think about this. I bought mine in August 2021 and it has been a great tool ever since. I'm kind of a meticulous perfectionist to the point that this tiny piece of crap bothers me to sleep (yes, really!). It quite is frustrating especially since it's in the center haha. Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you!
