I have a great condition series 8 and a great condition Ultra 1 I would like to trade in for an Ultra 2. Would I be able to do this all in one? I know online Apple only allows you to trade in 1 product per trade in when getting a new item but wasn’t sure if I could say go into a store, trade in watch #1 for credit then watch #2 for the Ultra 2 and then use the credit from watch #1 towards the Ultra?
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

You can certainly trade-in both watches at an Apple Store (at the same time) for a store credit and then apply those credits to a new Apple Watch. You can do it all at once and do not need the sequence you described. (At least that's how it worked for me.)
