Using Snapchat while having content and privacy restrictions on

I have just set up an iPhone account for my child. I have downloaded Snapchat however when I toggle on the content restriction and privacy in screentime Snapchat , Spotify and you tube disappear ? When I toggle it off they re appear. Is there away for my child to have these but still toggle on this setting? I looked in “apps allowed” under this options but none of the apps mention come up just standard apple apps appear as an option. Any help appreciated as driving me round the bend.
