Verizon connectivity issues for Apple but not Samsung

Why are Apple phones not getting good service on Verizon when Samsung phones are not having the same issues? After restarting the phone, going to airplane mode, etc. it will still show no bars, or SOS. No calls can go out or come in- this is all of the sudden after having service in that area for several years. So far everything from Apple that i can find, blames Verizon, but that is clearly false. We have Samsung phones that are older in the same house with no connectivity issues.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

To be fair…your issue isn’t the case for all Verizon customers with Apple products so the factors that are contributing to the issue may be more than just an issue with Apple. I personally haven’t had any issues with my Apple products on Verizon in any of the areas I use my services. Only once years ago there was one area we had issues but it was a Verizon tower issue that they had to address. Point being….the issue may very well be a VZW issue (they may need to check that all provisions on your account are correct for example. If you are near an Apple Store have them check your devices. If you’re still under warranty you can ask them to exchange your devices if all other troubleshooting fails BUT if the issue continues even after they do so then it points to there being something wrong on the Verizon end. Have you had Verizon replace your SIM cards (if the devices still use physical SIM cards)? Have they ever escalated you to a higher tier tech support? Anyone else in your area with Verizon and Apple products saying they are having issues (focusing on users that use their devices in the same places that you do to get an accurate idea of the situation)?
