iPad “not eligible for return”

I bought a new iPad a few days ago and received it 3 days ago, but realised I bought the wrong one. I know it’s within the 14 day return period, but it says it’s not eligible for return.

Apple’s website says engravings do not effect returns, but the order status/recent orders page does not have the “start a return” button you’d normally press.

If engraved items aren’t available for exchange and there’s no return button, how do I return it to order the correct iPad?

Also note that engraved items cannot be exchanged in store but they can be returned. See the following from Returns & Refunds - Shopping Help - Apple

The only exchange exceptions are personalized items (such as engraved iPad or AirPods) and Macs that have been custom-configured. These items cannot be exchanged in store; they can only be returned and your refund will be issued to the payment method you used on your order (per the guidelines in our Standard Return Policy).
