Disable Apple Watch Ultra dive notifications (to friends)

Whilst I think the automatic dive tracking feature on my new Apple Watch Ultra 2 is pretty snazzy, I think it's serious overkill having all Dive 'workouts' included in the outgoing notifications to fitness friends :/

E.g. every time I spend 8 minutes in my pool having a 'quick dip' after a morning run, or after having a swim with my kids, I get a 'Dive' workout automatically tracked on my watch, which then inadvertently sends the workout notification to my Apple fitness friends.

Is there any way to disable that 'Dive' notification, without muting all outgoing workout notifications?
