Left mouse Button

Hi

This is a new thing ( I think after a Sonoma Update )

I have a Mac Studio with Apple M1 Max 64 GBB Sonoma 14.1.1

Now , when I use the Left mouse button - I get a drop down menu

so for example , I'm in safari and click a link a drop down menu appears , for all the links go a funny colour

this only happens if I have not used the LMB click for a few minutes

It's getting on my nerves - the used to be fine

I've tried searching but found nothing of any use

Would appreciate any help
