recently I have lost my personal phone by a theft. So basically, they took the phone turn off all navigating tools and the moment the phone is connected to Wifi, Apple sent the last location and the phone is deleted from my Icloud devices
I have no hope to retrieve the phone back but i still have the phone IMEI and Series. I’m writing in hope of Apple employees could notice my problem and help me to lock or disabled my phone

Unfortunately, neither the IMEI number nor the serial number can be used to trace it. Apparently the screen was unlocked at the time of the theft or they knew the screen unlock passcode. Your options are in this link:
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen
Also, use another device to check your Apple ID to make sure that the password still works. See this:
If you think your Apple ID has been compromised
If it is still valid, change the password immediately:
