iPhone 15ProMax 256GB Issues

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the iPhone 15ProMax for now. They seem to have too many manufacturing issues.
My first phone which I ordered had dust particles inside every camera lens and black dots on the frame.
When I received the second phone I was happy that this one will be without any defect (camera lenses were clean and frame condition was also perfect).
After few hours of having the second phone I decided to test the camera with night mode in the dark. Unfortunately, I have noticed that there are blue dead pixels coming from camera sensor. I took several photos, and the pixels appeared in every photo, in the same places and same distance from each other.
I would like to add that I am using iPhones from very long time. I have never experienced any manufacturing defects. That's why for now I am very dissatisfied from the 15ProMax quality. Anyone else had similar problems?
