Every 20-30 minutes, the dock on my MacBook Air (M1, 2020) drops off the screen and immediately comes back, and anything I have minimized in the dock opens up. This is really annoying. How can I fix this?

No. not a setting but a defect, possibly swelling battery.
My first suspect would be your Trackpad or KB.
