Okay, if that call has exceeded the limit, as already suggested, contact your cellular carrier.
Generally carriers keep the list for at least 6 months.

No way to retrieve it, if deleted.
Contact your cellular carrier and ask them for a detailed phone incoming/outgoing calls list.

It was not deleted. But due to iPhone policy on showing only 100 call history, so I lost one of my contact and the saddest part is I didn’t save the number.
