Hello! Is there any safe way to bring back deleted call history on iPhone 13?

iPhone 13, iOS 16

The iPhone does not maintain a call history, it has a Recent Calls list that is exactly 100 entries long. For a complete call history log in to the user portal on your carrier’s website or use their iPhone app.

There is a “trick” to see some older entries: Delete the most recent entries and older entries will appear at the bottom of the Recents. You can also use an app on your computer such as iMazing or Touch Copy to see older entries, but neither of these provide as much information as your carrier’s call history (which they sell, BTW, and also provide to law enforcement agencies on request).
