Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are trying to recover your call history on your iPhone. Since there isn't a way to do this, you can restore a recent backup, but keep in mind this will overwrite what is on the iPhone, so make a current backup before restoring any backup:

As an alternative, you can contact your carrier and see if they can give you a detailed call history of your account or phone number.
