Delated call history

Most carriers have a user web site that allows their customers to view a history of calls for the last 60-90 days. But, this will not allow you to restore the history to your phone.

Check with your carrier to see what options they might provide.

Based on personal experience...

Recovering Call History:

A. Restore from Today's Backup:

Restore your iPhone from a backup of it that contains the Call History, and you could recover them. However, you cannot downgrade to a previous iOS version.

B. Log into your Carrier's Site:

What happens when you log into your account on your Carrier's site? Doing so, myself, I can see my Call History unto 90 days back.

If you have deleted the call history from the phone app, then you cannot restore it.
