Scratched screen in BOX

I have just bought ipad pro 11" and when I opened it there are 3 scratches dead center of the screen. purchased on sunday how can i find someone to help me. Apple store I purchased it from said they dont do this. and I cannot find anything online that dosent want 530.00 for repair THE THING WAS SCRATCHED IN BOX
