iPad Pro 12.9” 3rd gen external display only mirroring

I am using an iPad Pro 3rd gen with iOS 17.2 to attach an external display monitor (Sceptre 1920 x 1080p) and I can only the display mirrored, I cannot use it like a true external display. The monitor is connected through an Anker hub with HDMI.

External Moritors connected to ipad only screen mirrors I am using an iPad Pro M1 11inch, which is currently running on iPados 17.5.1. When i connect my ipad to my lenovo think vision external monitor, instead of extending my ipad screen onto the external monitor it is being mirrored to it. what should i do to fix it?
