Logitech slim folio not paring with iPad 10 gen

slim folio shows up in discoverable Bluetooth devices I tap it and get the pairing number to link. Then I hit cancel that box and it removes the slim folio. Seems no way to get past that step to enter the pairing numbers. I’ve reset iPad and on/off many times…. Still get same. Can’t get to the pairing number entry

bluetooth pairing continuously fails and tells me to forget device I'm trying to bluetooth pair my iPhone with a device that I have previously "forgotten". I put my iPhone in discovery mode, turn on the other bluetooth device in pairing mode. On my iPhone I receive a confirmation number pop up BUT IMMEDIATELY it disappears and iPhone gives a pop up that I need to "forget device" with the discovery of my other device that I was trying to connect with. I hit "forget device" and then iPhone returns to discovery mode. This behavior continues every time I try to connect with that device. Has anyone seen and/or fixed this behaviour?
