How do I get old messages back after deleting the conversation?
I accidentally deleted conversations that I need them back

Tap to open Messages
Tap Edit in the upper left corner of the screen
Tap Show Recently Deleted
Messages that have been deleted within the last 30 days will appear
Tap to select the message(s) that you need
Tap Recover
Messages that have been deleted more than 30 days have already been permanently deleted and cannot be rocovered.
