You are not addressing Apple here. We are end users like you and can neither access your account nor make refunds.

The most important part of that article that muguy has wisely provided is "View your purchase history." If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges in your history, it is very possible that scammers have gained access to your credit card or bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.

If that is the case, only your CARD ISSUER or BANK can remedy it.

If Apple’s purchase history shows the purchase, continue with the instructions in that article.

It shows up with different names like the one you see, but it is the same scam. If your bank or card issuer is not familiar with this scam that started 10 years ago, I'd think about a new institution. When this happened to use about 7-8 years ago, American Express was very familiar with it and had the matter sorted and issued my wife a new card number within 24 hours.
