Iphone 14 pro and huawei watch gt3

Hello,

I have an iPhone 14 pro max which I cannot pair with my Huawei gt3 watch because Huawei health app cannot access Bluetooth in order to pair with the watch. My Bluetooth "sees" the watch but when I try to pair it I have to go through the app, which doesn't even have the option to access Bluetooth, as you can see in the image below. Any suggestions?
