Final Cut Pro Sound EFX missing in Logic Apple Loops

My Final Cut Pro Sound Effects have disappeared from my Apple Loops in Logic. They also disappeared from Final Cut Pro. I reinstalled iMovie and they have returned to my Final Cut Pro but not to Logic. I have been researching and did the following:

Finder>Go>Computer>MacintoshHD>Library>Audio>Apple Loops>Apple

They folder for the Final Cut Pro Sound Effects is also missing here.

Does anyone know where to find it on my computer and get it back into Logic? I use a lot of the effects for live arrangements and need to get one done today.
