iPhone home button stop vibrate

As per the large volume of comments around the problem of home buttons rattling vibrations every time it’s pushed regardless of every vibrate and haptic setting turned off, phone restarted, trouble shooting the problems proven to be worldwide and must be a manufacturer default. Could please advise how apple plans to rectify this inconvenience and problem to us the consumer? The cost of which needs to be owned by the manufacturer as clearly not just a one off on a single iphone or 2 but clearly a factory error Apple should immediately resolve as their expense. Please advise.
